This year's celebration kicks off on Saturday at Wilder Park (350 N. River Street) from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and will be FREE to the general public.
Fire hydrant flushing will occur on weekdays between 7 A.M. and 6 P.M. from September through October to remove sediment that may have accumulated in pipes.
