Why Rain Barrels Are Good For You
An effective way to conserve water during the summer and fall months, rain barrels collect fresh water from rooftop gutter systems and help to lower water bills with consistent usage.
A quarter-inch of rain falling on an average home yields over 200 gallons of water. Rain barrels are sealed, child-proof, and insect resistant. Rainwater does not contain pollutants making it perfect for watering flower and vegetable gardens.
How to Order
55-gallon rain barrels are available in four colors – black, blue, gray, and terra cotta – and can be picked at 2185 Liberty Street on Friday, May 1 from 8 A.M. - 4 P.M. Online and Mail-In orders are now available and accepted through April 26, 2026.
