McCarty Park is Aurora’s first park. The park recently underwent a $700,000 renovation and features an interactive fountain in which to cool off in the summer, new entryways, a decorative wrought-iron fence, pergola, drinking fountains for people and pets, and landscaping.
The splash pad is operational daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and runs from 11 am to 6 pm (times are adjusted seasonally)
