Phillips Park The "crown jewel" of Aurora's parks - Phillips Park - offers a variety of fun, family amenities for all ages and interests. The 325-acre park is home to a zoo, golf course, aquatic center and several newer features that make it a regional tourist destination.
Garfield Park Garfield Park is an iconic legacy park in Aurora at 825 Sheffer Road.The City of Aurora intends to renovate this century-old family recreation destination and has received a $600,000 grant through the Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development Program (OSLAD) to help fund the project.
McCarty Park McCarty Park is Aurora’s first park. The park recently underwent a $700,000 renovation and features an interactive fountain in which to cool off in the summer, new entryways, a decorative wrought-iron fence, pergola, drinking fountains for people and pets, and landscaping.
Wilder Park Wilder Park provides gardens, benches, a Vietnam Memorial, an Aurora Policeman's Memorial and grassy tree shaded areas.
