Last week, City of Aurora staff joined the Red Cross of Greater Chicago to participate in a Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) for residents affected by a fire that broke out at an apartment complex in the 800 block of North Lake Street.
The MARC included social services, senior support, mental health services, and emergency supplies for residents who were affected by the tragedy.
In collaboration with Fox Valley United Way, the City has established a donation fund to support those who have been displaced by the fire, helping to begin the difficult process of recovery.
By giving, you are not only helping individuals and families recover from this loss, but you’re also showing them that Aurora is a community that cares. Please consider contributing to bring comfort, stability, and hope back to our neighbors.
