Account Procedures

Federal law requires municipalities to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens or attempts to gain access to an account.

Resident Actions

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents. When you attempt to access your account, we will verify your identity before providing any account information.

You may contest the validity of a parking ticket by appearing at an Administrative Hearing in person or by written appeal every Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Aurora Police Department located at:
