The Aurora S.A.F.E Profile is a confidential profile to help first responders bridge the gap between residents' needs and emergency service. This profile allows our first responders—police, fire, and emergency medical personnel—to better understand your unique needs during an emergency or crisis.

The Aurora Police Department will submit this information into a database to assist the Aurora Police Department and the Aurora Fire Department with how to best serve this individual, if the need arises. Whether it’s a medical condition, mobility limitation, communication barrier, or cognitive concern, having this information in our secure system helps us respond with care, compassion, and preparedness.

We encourage all of Aurora’s older adults and residents with disabilities to complete a confidential safety profile to enhance your quality of life and ensure the right support is available when you need it most.
