Aurora Selected To Join U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) 2025 LEED For Cities Cohort!
Only one of 16 cities across the country to be a part of this prestigious national initiative, the City of Aurora will participate in the USGBC's LEED For Cities Cohort, providing Aurora with tools and resources to advance sustainability, resilience, and quality of life.
"The City of Aurora is honored to take part in the LEED for Cities cohort,” Mayor John Laesch said. “This partnership will allow Aurora to develop a more sustainable planning process, while taking significant steps toward reducing climate change and promoting a more resilient and equitable City.”
Administered by the USGBC, the program will also assist Aurora in continuing its efforts to promote green building and green development!
