The City of Aurora offers a convenient online payment service available 24 hours a day.
Automatic Payment By Bank Draft/Credit Card
The City of Aurora offers Automatic Water Bill Payment which automatically withdraws your bimonthly water bill from your checking account on the due date. To sign up for this service, simply fill out this form in English(PDF, 631KB) or Spanish(PDF, 668KB), attach a voided check, and submit it to the Water Billing Division. You can also self-register for this service through our online system.
The City of Aurora also offers Automatic Water Bill Payment by charging your credit/debit card for the bi-monthly water bill on the due date. Registration for this service must be done through our online system.
To change or terminate your Automatic Payment, complete this form in English(PDF, 631KB) or Spanish(PDF, 668KB) and return it to the Water Billing Division or use our online system.
Pay Over The Phone
To access our 24-hour automated phone service to pay your bi-monthly water bill by credit/debit card, please call 630-256-3600.
Pay By Mail
Send a check or money order to the City of Aurora, PO Box 2697, Aurora, IL 60507-2697. Please include your account number on your check and allow at least 10 business days for mail delivery and processing.
Pay In Person
Water bill payments are accepted in person at two City locations between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M., Monday through Friday.
