Aurora Christian 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade students took a field trip to see a live production of Annie Jr.
Students are learning about genre of musicals in their current reading cycle, working on comparing and contrasting themes and author’s purpose, which helped them experience the live show.

Batavia High School was named to the 2025 Advanced Placement School Honor Roll! The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools whose advanced placement programs deliver results and broad participation for students.
BHS had 50% of seniors who took at least one AP Exam during high school, 39% who scored a 3 or higher on at least one AP Exam, and 12% who took five or more AP Exams! BHS also has 19 teachers teaching AP-Level courses.
IMSA students are traveling from the Swiss Alps to the Mediterranean Coast as part of intersession immersive global learning courses.
Other students are exploring art and architecture in Spain and Portugal and across Scotland and Ireland.
Intersession is an exciting opportunity for IMSA students to dive into unique learning experiences in science, math, arts, hobbies, and cultural studies outside the regular curriculum.

Diane Fuentes ‘26 is the recipient of the Abraham Lincoln Civic Engagement Award, representing Aurora University as a Student Laureate of The Lincoln Academy of Illinois.
Fuentes is a high-achieving, Pre-Medicine student at AU, majoring in Behavioral Neuroscience, Biology, and Health Science and minoring in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Spanish.
Congratulations to Diane, who consistently has made an impact on her Aurora University campus community and beyond.

Students from Oswego East and Oswego High School were hard at work supporting the community during winter break.
The inaugural Holiday Hopes program at OEHS provided meals, gifts, and essential items to families, while OHS's BIONIC (Believe It Or Not I Care) program continued its tradition of collecting and distributing gifts to students and their families.

AP Psych students at Waubonsie Valley High School took part in an AP Psych Fair showcasing the work and research of students enrolled in Advanced Placement Psychology.

Rosary College Prep’s Class of 2025 was recognized by the College Board for their amazing academic achievements!
76% of students challenged themselves by taking at least one Advanced Placement exam during high school, earning a Gold Status: College Culture award.
68% of students earned a 3 or higher on at least one Advanced Placement exam—earning college credit before graduation. This earned Rosary a Platinum Status: College Credit award.
These accomplishments reflect a strong culture of high expectations, academic courage, and preparation for college and beyond!

West Aurora High School Business Professionals of America students travelled to their State Competition this month!

Marmion Academy junior, Christopher Quail, led a discussion at a middle school retreat – part of a unique program titled Outreach Ministry.
This Marmion program provides retreat experiences for middle school students throughout Kane and DuPage counties. Taking what they learn in theology classes and through witness talks, Marmion Cadets lead small groups and help middle school students develop their faith life. Christopher’s participation exemplifies the core Marmion values of faith and leadership.
