The City of Aurora offers a convenient online payment service available 24 hours a day.
Bank Draft/Credit Card Automatic Payment
The City of Aurora offers autopayment via bank draft, which is withdrawn bi-monthly from your checking account on the due date of the water bill. To enroll in this service, please complete this form english or Spanish, and submit to water@aurora.il.us. The email must include a voided check.
To disable or change autopay information, simply fill out this form, Bank Draft, Auto Pay, Cancel, Change Request(PDF, 712KB), and submit it to water@aurora.il.us.

Pay Over The Phone
To access our 24-hour automated phone service to pay your bi-monthly water bill by credit/debit card, please call 630-256-3600.
Pay By Mail
Send a check or money order to the City of Aurora, PO Box 2697, Aurora, IL 60507-2697. Please include your account number on your check and allow at least 10 business days for mail delivery and processing.
Pay In Person
Water bill payments are accepted in person at two City locations between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Please note: Area banks, currency exchanges, or other businesses are not authorized to accept City of Aurora water bill payments.
