Home Investment Partnership Program - American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP)

In 2021, the City of Aurora received $2,726,703 in HOME Investment Partnership Program - American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

HOME-ARP funding is used to create affordable housing opportunities and support services for populations who are at-risk of or are experiencing homelessness.

The City's allocation of HOME-ARP funds is determined by the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan, which was created using stakeholder and community feedback. The plan is subject to change.
