Access the Charitable Solicitation Permit Application here.(PDF, 310KB)  Once completed and signed, please submit to the City Clerk's Office at City Hall, 44 E. Downer Place, 1st Floor. Completed applications are due to the City Clerk's office no less than 30 days prior to the start of the campaign. Incomplete applications will not be processed until complete.
