One Aurora Neighborhood Empowerment Grant Program

Welcome to the One Aurora Neighborhood Empowerment Grant Program, the City of Aurora’s new exterior home beautification program.

This program provides one-time funding to assist residents with reimbursement for projects such as paint, window, and door screen repair, siding repairs, general landscaping, fencing improvements, and small repairs that affect the exterior presentation of the home.

If your application for reimbursement has been approved, you will be notified with the approved amount and a W-9 which must be completed and returned in order for the City of Aurora to disperse any funds to you.

Reimbursement requests will be reviewed on a rolling basis until funds are depleted through December 31, 2025.

To apply, please complete and sign the application, agreement, all required documents, and return to the Community Services Department.

Review of applications will commence on March 15, 2025 and end on December 31, 2025.

*Incomplete applications or applications received without all the required documentation will not be reviewed.*
